SHIPPING

All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

• Processing Time: Each product is made to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for non-custom items and 5–10 business days for custom products to be processed before shipment.

• Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Shipped via UPS with tracking. Estimated delivery: 1-5 business days.

• International Shipping: Shipped via DHL or USPS with tracking. Delivery time varies by destination (2-4 weeks for Taiwan). 

Your order will be securely packed using protective materials such as Glassine paper, acid-free clear sleeves, rigid mailers, or boxes depending on the size, to prevent any damage during transit.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties based on their country's regulations.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

All prints are made to order, so returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives flawed or damaged:

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at yongdanji.illustration@gmail.com.

• Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

• We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
