About The Creator
Yongdan was founded by Aimee, a Taiwanese illustrator born and raised in Taichung, now living in Irvine, California with her husband and daughter. Though she loved drawing as a child, academic expectations led her to pursue an MBA abroad and build a career in aviation, luxury PR, data analytics, and eventually tech product management at Amazon.
Despite years away from art, the passion never left. After years of seeing the world, Aimee chose to return to what she truly loved — drawing. In 2024, she started Yongdan to share heartfelt stories through illustration and celebrate the quiet beauty of Taiwan.
